The next meeting of the French-Canadian Heritage Society of Michigan will be
held Saturday,
November 14 at the Mount Clemens Public Library, 150 Cass Avenue, Mount
Clemens, Michigan.
The meeting starts at *11:00 a.m*. John DuLong will present “Tracing Your
Ancestor Who Worked
on the Railroad”.
Light refreshments will be served.
*Please remember to bring your ballot and vote for the 2010 FCHSM Slate of
Officers!* This
ballot was included with your October issue of the journal, printed on
bright green paper.
*This meeting is also your last chance to pay your 2010 dues in person
before the January 1*
* deadline.* If your dues are not paid at this meeting you will need to
submit them by mail, postmarked
by January 15, 2010.
The January meeting will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2010, weather
permitting. This is our annual
Get Acquainted meeting. Please bring your charts, records for translation
or other items to share with
the group.
