He might be
buried at Arlington National Cemetary.

In your request, you must provide a rationale as to why the information
should be released to you (i.e. relative, professional researcher, etc).
Our government lost most of the WWII and WWI personal military records in a fire in 1976
but you
could still submit a 180 form just to see. Below is the URL for information. You also

Michigan State Archives though most of their military records are WWI
