Tekonsha is in Calhoun County, MI, about 14.3 miles directly south of the
county seat, Marshall.
The 1870 census of Michigan is available on line, I believe. I am unsure
about the 1880 census.

Can anyone tell me if this is in MI? If so how can I find out more
about
this person. I need to know who he was married to at the time of is death.
I
believe this might be the guy I am looking for. John F. HEATH, but he
was
said to of drowned. He had gotten married in 1881... so it may not be. He
married an Olive Adalade JONES.
cause of death says gravel, what does that mean?
