The library of Michigan has an excellant collection of old newspapers on
microfilm. I do not think that they do lookups. They might refer you to
their researcher list.

The last time I inquired with a newspaper for an old clipping they referred
me to the state library in Lansing. You might have better luck there.

Would anyone know if the public library in St. Charles would have
microfilm of the St. Charles newspaper from Nov. 1870?
Also, can anyone tell me where James Township is and what cities are
there?
Am researching SCHROEDER/TIMM
St. Charles/Lapeer area.
Thank you for any help.
