Well, getting former employee records from Ford Motor is a very difficult if
not almost impossible thing to do! I know of ONE person who was successful
and her ancestor was still living and was able to sign off on the records so
that she could have copies. This is one of the most asked questions we get
at the Ford Genealogy Club. You could try writing to Ford's World
headquarters in Dearborn. I wish you MUCH luck on this one!

Hi: I am new to this list and am trying to research my
grandfather's
brother
a Walter Stewart. He worked at Ford when it was just getting
started
apparently. I wonder if someone knows where the records from Ford would
be.
I'd love to find his descendents if there are any.. Walter lived
in
Detroit
I understand at the turn of the century. Thanks for your help. Is
the
Michigan Census for 1891 indexed by name by any chance Ginny Bunte
