Hi I am looking for my Great Grandfather's Death , in 1899 he moved from
Cornwall to Michigan, then went to Nevada and then to Colorado in 1903 -04.
But I am looking for his Death as he left his Wife and Family in New Zealand
to do this. So it could be any on these places where he Died. He was a tin
miner back in England. He admits on his last change of his Nationality in
Colorado, I thought maybe he could have died anywhere in America.
His Name is: John Letcher RASHLEIGH, Born: 1850, East Newlyn, Cornwall,
England.
Married:Priscilla SYMONS. 1875, Helston, Cornwall. Immigrated to New Zealand
with his new wife in 1875 for a few years and then he took of and left 5
children and a wife to fend for themselves in Palmerston North,New Zealand.
Priscilla his wife made huge Hats to survive and feed her children. Her
eldest Son bought her plot at the Palmerston North Cemetery. They never
heard of there Father and Husband after he left NZ at all.
If anyone could help me here I would very grateful as what he did to that
family I just want to keep on going till I find the horrible man. Would
anyone have any ideas at all what could have happened to him.
Best regards, Noeline kiwi in Brisbane.
