I've intended to contact you, sir. You gave me a list of sites to search,
which I've now done. The LDS site for deaths after 1920 contained Loren's
name, spelled HUDDELSON, and said of him that he died 22 Mar 1930 at Grand
Rapids, and apparently left a son, also named Loren.
If there's more that you sent me, I haven't found it yet. Been away from
my computer for a while, mowing the lawn.
I'll keep looking.

DARNELL, Gertrude A.
Kalamazoo
Passed away March 24, 2007. Gertrude was born December 19, 1914 in
Kalamazoo, MI, the daughter of Walter and Rose (Huddleston) Carter. She was
employed by Sutherland Paper Co. for many years. Surviving are a son,
Frank, and Sandra Darnell; two daughters, Marilyn and Dell Foster and Cora
and Larry Schreiner all of Kalamazoo, MI, seven grandchildren, Ryan
Darnell, Shannon and Bill Bice, Leesa and Henry Jaquays, Pam and Dave
Oldberg, Karen and Walter Kaminski, Tim Paff and Susan DeSchot; several
great -grandchildren; five sisters, Evelyn MacLeod of Kalamazoo, MI,
Dorothy Weese of Kalamazoo, MI, Doris Dover of Scotts, MI, Ruth and John
Roller of Kalamazoo, MI and Grace and Gilbert Thomas of Kalamazoo, MI; and
many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Swede; a
brother, Thomas Carter, and a sister, Cora Sheppard. At her request,
cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM
Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at Mt. Ever Rest Chapel with Pastor John Hill of
the West Oshtemo Baptist Church officiating. Memorial contributions may be
made to Borgess VNA or the American Heart Association. Arrangements by
