You can get them at the county level in Michigan or the Michigan State Health Department.
Seekingmichigan that was mentioned has the actual docs you can print out from 1898 to
1920 - although not all are online yet. Some counties have the indexes to their deaths
online... One I know of is Grand Traverse County.
