I am sure your state's Dept. of Motor Vehicles would be the logical place to
start -- but I don't know the rules about obtaining this type of
information. However, a thought came to me -- Is there any family member or
neighbor still living that he might've "told a story" to about the sale.
This might lead to finding that the tractor -- whether it was sold to the
neighboring farm or to an out-of-towner. Don't know and perhaps you have
