Debby, they may have been married by banns. If so you may find the info you
wish by checking the church records for those in the area.

That is indeed my Benjamin and Jane Keene. Thanks for the info, I'll take
all the info I can get. Like I have posted earlier.... I am beginning to
wonder if they never really got married,,,,, just common law. I has
searched high and low for their marriage record. I have marriage records
back to 1699.... but I'll be darned if I can find theirs around
1828-29-30......
If I can ever be of any help let me know. I have a few Maryland books,
index of wills, tombstones in Talbot Co., Earlier settlers to Maryland,
(Immigration/transportation) to Maryland.
