Subject: [MDGEN] Whalesville
Hi,
Can anyone tell me what county Whalesville, MD is located in?
On Civil War pension papers there is a statement that my ancestor lived as
a
child near Whalesville, Woertes??? Co., Maryland. This would have been
about the 1830's.
The writing is so difficult that I can't make out the County and nothing
on
the list of counties looks similar.
Thanks for any help,
K
