Hi Shannon:
I don't have any specific information but will look in my books (may take
some time). But my husband's ancestor, William McPherson, came around 1714
as a prisoner from England and an indentured servant. He arrived in
Annapolis and was sold to one of the local tobacco plantation owners. If
your ancestor came to Maryland at that time, he probably came to Southern
Maryland and was a servant on one of the tobacco plantations.
