The Accession Number is the microfilm number--generally CR ***** for
city records, and SR for county records.
The citation 1938/8 -1938/12 means August of 1938 through December of
1938.
If I remember correctly, the death certs themselves are on the microfilm
listed in county order--Allegany deaths first, then B's, then C's, etc.
