Hi Kevin,
I have been working on Cartmill/Cartmell from Ohio for a long time. There
were several ancestors in the Civil War and I am not sure that any of them
were prisoners at Andersonville, but if you wouldn't mind taking a look at
both surnames, I would appreciate it.
