Sorry, Item 5 didn't paste on my last message.
Item 5, I give and bequeath to my wife Nancy all my personal estate to

Item 9, I constitute and ordain Annafnan Tucker and my wife Nancy

I wish! James T. Coomes was born 1817. Census indicates his parents
were English. The family legend tells of James father being the captain
of a ship flying the Union Jack. I am told that he must have been on a
Royal ship of the King or in the English Navy. Or, he may have been an
American privateer and stolen the flag? Or, it could have just been a
story for the grandkids. The will below does not tell what Francis died
of. That is one thing that stumps me and doesn't fit with the legend.
Here is another possibility of parents:
Will of Francis I. Coomes:

Hi,
If anyone could look up in that same book "Germans to America",
Hegenauers ca 1850 or so would appreciate it. Can't find them past about
1860 Joseph Hegenauer bc 1860, Frank Alexander Hegenauer bc 1880 in NYC.
thanks,
Joanie
Would someone with access to "Germans to America" check for Barbara and
Joseph Severa? Joseph came to the US in the 1870s and Barbara in the 1880s.
They both lived in Baltimore at first. Joseph moved to Kent Island.
Thanks,
Peggy R.
Virginia,
There is/was a "Bayside" in Talbot County, Maryland.

Would like to exchange information with anyone interested in any of the
following families that lived in Baltimore, Maryland, during the mid and/or
late 1800s.
Jerry
My great grandfather, Sanuel James Blades born Bayside,Md.about 1824 or by
l828. has records that says he was born in this location. I cannot locate
Bayside
on my own or by trying other ways. Tradition stories coming down through the
family states that his parents were killed in a train accident, while he was
going to
school. He had to drop out of school (I don't know if they meant college) and
take a trade as carpenter He married Susannah S. Hunt from New Jersey in 1851
in New
York City, where they had twin boys that lived only three days.Later they
move to Lafayette, Indiana (where my grandfather was borned and raised>
Samuel and
Susannah are buried in Lafayette.
I would like to locate Bayside and maybe at least find his parents.
If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it and if anyone needs research
done in Georgia - I am close to the Ga. State Archives and National Archives.
Virginia

I have a request in for several death records where I
furnished the cert. no. & film no. and they wrote back and
said it will be 4-6 weeks. I also have a request in for a
birth cert., and they didn't give me a time frame on that.
I think my last order took about 6 weeks. And that was
before they shortened their hours.

I sent for a birth abstract about a month ago to MD State Archives and have not received a response yet. Has anyone sent for records? How long does it ususally take?
Thanks

Does anyone on this list have access to the 1850 & 1860 census records that
includes the Baltimore area? I'm looking for Isaac and Annie Brown who would
be listed with at least one child, Charles W. Brown (dob 7 Feb 1849).
Thank you in advance for your assistance!!!
