I am looking for the date of marriage of the above named couple. The Hunting for Bears book for West Feliciana has an error in showing that Samuel Turberville married one of the Barrow daughters.
Hannah's sisters were all married in either West Feliciana or in Wilkinson County, MS. Hannah was the youngest born about 1800. I believe the marriage would have taken place between 1815 and 1820.
If anyone lives in the area or would be traveling there for other research, I would really appreciate a look-up at the courthouse.
I'm researching the Tubberville family. Fannie Mae Tubberville b. 5-5-1910
her parents were Ollie Willis Tubberville b. 7-9-1884 d. 8-30-1956 married
Effie Ellen Howton on 11-4-1914 children: William Fred b. 12-19-1905, Etta Lee b.
12-22-1907, Fannie Mae, Grace b. 4-8-1913, Lester b. 11-6-1916, Gover b.
6-4-1918, Elsie b. 4-17-1921, Ida Belle b. 5-15-1924. Ok back to Ollie Willis,
his parents were Edmund Pee Tubberville b. 1869, married Susan Ellen Crews,
children Annie, Edd, and Ollie Willis. Ok, Edmund Pee's father was Eldred
Tubberville b. 1814 in Alabama. Does any of this match? Thanks. Johnie
