I would appreciate any information available on James Trask Allen and Louise Anne Allen. They were spomsors at Baptism of Elizabeth Jeanne Williams child of James Bradford Williams and Lucie Toupart born Dec 29th, 1832 in Plaquemine Parish , Louisiana. On July 5, 1854 James Bradford Williams married a Mary A, Allen in 1855. No mention of her parents on the marriage certificate. I am trying to find if there is any connection.
According to Richard Stringfield's book, Lucy TOUPART, was the daughter of
Jean Baptiste TOUPART and Charlotte (Carlotta) LAfRANCE, her grandparents
were Jean Baptiste TOUPART and Maria Theresa, a native of Illinois, Her husband
was from Canada.
James,b. Mass ca 1805) and Lucy(ca 1803) were living at the Balize in 1850.
