Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Richard D. Landis, Sr., age 94, of Albion,PA,
died on Friday, August 3, 2012, at UPMC Hamot.
He was born in Erie,PA, on April 15, 1918,
a son of the late Benjamin and Stella Coover Landis. Richard proudly served his country in the Merchant Marines during WW II. He was a tool & die maker for the Parker White Metal Co. where he retired from in 1982 after 37 years of service. Richard was a charter member of Faith Lutheran Church, and held memberships in the Shriners Club, Tyrian Lodge F & AM, AASR Valley of Erie and was on the board of the Parker Employees Credit Union for 27 years, serving as treasurer for 25 years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Morony Landis in 2006; one son, George Landis; and three sisters, Alice Landis, Thelma Underhill, and Irene Soudan. He is survived by one daughter, Kathe Lattanzie and her husband, Fred, of Albion; two sons, Richard Landis, Jr. of Lakeland, Fla. and Alan Landis of State College, Pa.; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. 5000 Wattsburg Rd., on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held there on Monday morning at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Lakeside Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 1645 West 8th Street, Erie, PA 16505 or the charity of one's choice.
