Subject: [LAN] CRITCHLEY/NAYLOR marriage, St Helens area
Just got another certificate which isn't for my lot, so here are
the details in case they are useful to anyone else; -
Marriage at Rainford Chapel, Parish of Prescot (established
Church), on 11 October 1852.
Groom: William CRITCHLEY, 27, bachelor, Labourer, resident of
St Helens, son of Thomas CRITCHLEY, Clerk.
Bride: Elizabeth NAYLOR, 23, spinster, resident of Parr,
daughter of Lambert NAYLOR, Miner.
Witnesses: Lambert HEATON, Mary NAYLOR.
Although this couple aren't related to me as far as I know, I do
have their entries from the 1861 & 1871 censuses, if anyone wants it.
