John Riding married Alice Singleton on 2 Jul 1855 at the Parish church in
the Parish of Cockerham. Both were "full age". He was a bachelor and she
was a spinster. They were both from the parish of Cockerham. The fathers'
names were listed as: John Riding, Laborer and John Singleton, farmer.
The witnesses were William Singleton and Sarah Riding.
I still have 1/2 of the film to go through yet. I'll let you know if I
any other Riding marriages, births or deaths. I'll also take
that burial for John Riding in 1823 to see if it lists his age at
