Question; If I ordered/rented the film for a CoE church would it give the
banns also? As I am NOT Anglican, I wouldn't know. On the IGI I can find
the marriage of Daniel FAIRCLOUGH and Emma BURTWELL. Their daughter Emily
Faurclough LEE was my maternal G GM. IGI gives some film numbers.
Thank you ever so much for the information. I am learning how to find
British material item by item.

Hi fellow Lankies,
In a parish register I am researching, the dates that banns were called are
listed with the details of the marriage. The register has been badly
and it is dificult to read (aren't they always) and consequently I
the year of one paticular marriage which interests me.
The marriage was on 19th February 17?? Probably 1750 or 1751 and therefore
the old Julian calander. The banns were read on February 3rd, 10th and
(which I presume are Sundays). Can some kind sole, with access to a
converter which allows for the change from Julian to Gregorian tell me
these Sundays were in 1750 or 1751?
Thank you in advance.
