Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
As things have been quiet lately I thought I would forward the information
about Lakeman One Name Study which is still ongoing with the possibility of
doing some research during the summer.

Hi! all Lakemans,I think that this the best of all the times that I have tried to find about our family.If we get right down to facts,we are all related to some degree.
I know that afew years ago that there were less than 400 Lakeman families in the U.S. I have heard of all types of history of our family,but this has got ro be the best,and most accurate...
