Well, I think that's a reasonable question to ask the whole group.
I get stuff from all over the place. On my knees begging at genealogy
meetings.
I hound my friends. The library hates to see me coming! lol
Actually the book from 1950 is still under copy right laws. It has to be
before 1923
before it is public domain. BUT, the things in the courthouse and any
other government documents are public domain. AND if you can get permission
from the person who wrote the 1950 book, then that is ok to put online.
I have a hard time sending folks "small things" too. Most of what I have
does not
fall under that category, but you can send them a little at a time and
that's ok.
I have a diary that I have someone working on and will send her that in
sections.
Everyone is not a maniac like I am and some of you are too, so I have to
always remember
not to burn these folks out.
One thing I need to caution you all about. Don't EVER EVER EVER send
anyone the only
copy of something that you have. Bad mistake.
Hope that grandbaby's leg gets better really soon. I had a broken leg in
the 4th grade and it sure did cramp my style for a little while!
Hope this answers your questions.

Sorry Jan, I did it again, forget and hit reply, forgetting it is
going out
on the list. Everyone forgive me, have been babysitting grandchildren (one
with a broken leg) all day!!!!!!!!!!
