Lionel Breaux
A religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Beulah Baptist Church
in Bertrandville for Lionel Breaux, 69, a native and resident of
Napoleonville, who died July 26, 1999.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. until funeral time at the church.
Burial will be at the church cemetery.
He was the brother of Hansen, Welmond and Margaret B. Breaux, all of
Bertrandville, and Mildred Breaux of Napoleonville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Olivia and Walter Breaux; brothers,
Thomas and Charles Breaux; and sisters, Clara Chevis, Gracie Celestine and
Tetia Harris.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of
arrangements.
Dolores Knight
A religious service will be held at 7:30 p.m. today at Dorothy Lawless
Funeral Home in New Orleans for Dolores Knight, 57, a native of Raceland and
resident of New Orleans, who died at 3:30 a.m. July 28, 1999.
Visitation will be 5:30 p.m. until funeral time.
A dismissal service will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. A
committal service will be held at 10 a.m.
Burial will be at St. Matthew Cemetery in Mathews.
She was the daughter of Alberta Pierre; mother of Horace Jr. and Byron
Bailey, Iris Bailey-Mitchell and Wesley Cincore; step-mother of Louis Jr. and
Tyronne Cincore, Samuel Smith, Lois Cincore Brown, Dianna Cincore Coleman and
Linda Downing; and sister of Melvin Knight, Marguerite Bell, Rachel Lee,
Annie Knight Scott and Dorothy Knight. She is also survived by 12
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Benjamin Knight; son, Carlton
Bailey; and grandparents, Harrison and Poly Ingram.
She was a member of the Greater Macedonia Baptist Church in Clinton.
She was a certified nursing and dietary assistant.
She graduated from C.M. Washington High School in Thibodaux.
She was an employee of Raceland Manor.

Sidney Sevin
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St.
Joseph Co-cathedral in Thibodaux for Sidney Joseph Sevin, 82, a native and
resident of Thibodaux, who died at 3:40 p.m. July 29, 1999.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. until funeral time at the church.
Burial will be at St. Joseph cemetery in Thibodaux.
He was the husband of Pearl Ledet Sevin; father of Harold Sevin; and brother
of Albert P. Sevin. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two
great-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Whitney J. and Helen Hebert Sevin;
brother, Richard J. Sevin; and sisters, Gertrude S. Baudoin and Theresa S.
Gaspard.
Masses preferred in lieu of flowers.

Lydia Sciambra
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday for Lydia
Foret Sciambra, 73, a native and resident of Thibodaux, who died at 11 a.m.
July 29, 1999.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. until funeral time at the church.
Burial will be at St. Joseph cemetery in Thibodaux.
She was the mother of Eleanor Sciambra Thompson; and sister of Paul T.,
Martin and Una Foret, Idola F. Dufour and Rita Champagne.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Sciambra; parents, Eugene
and Eleanor Brown Foret; and brother, David Foret.
