This is being sent to the state lists as Teresa Lindquist is the
Representative at Large on the Advisory Board and therefore, represents
everyone in the project. If you have questions or would like to comment on
this action, I welcome those either on this list or to me privately.

Subject: [STATE-COORD-L] Notice to Teresa Lindquist
Please forward to your state list.
-------------------------------------------------------------
From the Advisory Board of the USGenWeb Project
To Teresa Lindquist:
The Advisory Board of the USGenWeb Project has voted to declare you a
member not in good standing. This action has been taken due to your
disregard for the responsibilities associated with being an Advisory
Board Member.
To wit: You have exhibited total disregard and disrespect for the
responsibilities of your office as evidenced by your public posting of
executive session correspondence; thus, betraying the trust of fellow
board members and all members of the Project who have brought concerns
and grievances forward.
Having been found "not in good standing", you will not have access to
Board-Exec; not be eligible to serve on committees; and your posts to
Board-L will be moderated.
Should you choose to appeal this decision, you may offer your reasons
and an explanation for your actions to the National Coordinator.
(Signed)
Holly Timm, National Coordinator, USGenWeb Project
