Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
It appears as though there was a problem with the production of the Daily
Uploads Report, so there will not be one today. Hopefully, tommorrow's Report
will cover the last 48 hours.
It is Friday the 13th, you know.

Immanuel Baptist church fellowship hall
10870 Lovett Road, Baton Rouge, La. 70818
One block from intersection of Joor & Lovett Roads
We are going to have a "great time", visiting with relatives and friends,
browsing through
family history files, looking at photographs and reminiscing about the "good
old days" and
the good ones yet to come. And just in case you've forgotten, we always have
lots of good
things to eat. I might even share a recipe or two with you.
We'll have no excuses now! No reason why you and yours can't "saddle up"
the
bronco or jump into the mini van and come on down to the "roundup".
Remember, bring along a "covered dish" and a non-alcoholic beverage of your
choice.
Now hear my plea!!!! Please bring any family history you have.
Anything...Old letters, photographs, obituaries, birth and wedding
announcements,
family bible records, old receipts, etc. Anything you have that may shed
some light
on our family's background and history.
If you have any family tree information that you have generated or collected,
please
bring along to share with others. A computer, scanner and printer will be
available
for use in viewing or recording information.
See you there!!! Clarence "Lee" McLin
