Irma Gardner Roberts
Funeral services for Mrs. Irma Gardner Roberts, 78, of Alexandria was held
at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 24, 1987 in the chapel of Riser and Son
Funeral Home of Columbia with Rev. E. D. Dearmon officiating.
Burial was in the Welcome Home Cemetery near Grayson.
Mrs. Roberts died at 7:50 a.m. Sunday, February 22, 1987 in the Rapides
General Hospital in Alexandria after a long illness.
Survivors include four daughters, Mavis R. Smith of Olla, Irma Lee Jones
and Mollie Ann Jones, both of Alexandria and Lydia Belle Klein of Bellevue,
Iowa;
one sister, Idell Roberts of Grayson; 13 grandchildren and 6
great-grandchildren.
