SHEP FRAZIER SUCCUMBS TO HEART ATTACK
Seva (Shep) Frazier, 57-year-old Rogers resident, died of an apparent
heart attack at his home near Rogers late Monday afternoon, July 3, 1978.
He was pronounced dead on arrival at Rapides General Hospital in
Alexandria.
He was employed by the LaSalle Parish School Board as custodian of the
Nebo Elementary School, a member of the Hurricane Creek Baptist Church and a
veteran of World War II.
Services were held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Hurricane Creek
Baptist Church of Rogers with Rev. Charles Johnson and Rev. Wayne Ainsworth,
officiating.
Burial followed in the Frazier Cemetery of near Rogers under direction
of Kinner and Stevens Inc. Of Jena.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Olive Johnson Frazier of Rogers;
three daughters, Mrs. Sharan Ann Robertson of Rogers, Mrs. Dottie Lee
Phillips of Glade and Mrs. Ann Marie Coon of Ruston; 1 brother, O. D.
Frazier of Rogers; two sisters, Mrs. Audrey Greer of Rogers and Mrs.
Josephine Breland of Magnolia; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Wallace Hudnall, Perry Hudnall, Earl Brooks, Sam
Wilbanks, Charles Flaherty and Augusta Phillips.
