MRS. OLIVE FRAZIER ABELS
Mrs. Olive Frazier Abels, 62, of Rogers, died at 1 a.m. Wednesday,
October 1, 1986, at the Huey P. Long Hospital in Pineville.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Victory Baptist Church of
Rogers with Revs. Jerry Wilson and Glenn Maughon, officiating.
Burial followed at Frazier Cemetery of Rogers under arrangement of
Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena.
Survivors include her husband, Earl Abels, Sr. of Rogers; three
daughters, Mrs. Sharon Robertson of Rogers, Mrs. Dottie Phillips of
Wharton, Texas and Mrs. Marie Coon of Simsboro; one step-daughter,
Margaret Malone of Ball; two step-sons, Earl Abels, Jr. and Terry Abels,
both of Ball; a brother Leonard A. Johnson of Justice, Ill.,; a sister,
Mrs. Deloris T. Beehler of Canadenis, Penn., six grandchildren and four
step-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were David Ivey, Glen Norris, Dewayne Slay, John Greer,
Earl Abels, Jr. and Terry Abels.
Honorary pallbearers were J. D. Frazier and Jerry Frazier.
