MARRIAGE BOND
STATE OF LOUISIANA, Parish of Ouachita
Know All Men by these Presents, that we, M.A. Vinson as principal, and J.J.
Jones as security, are held and firmly bound unto C.C. Madden, Clerk of the
Fifth District Court in and for the Parish of Ouachita, States of Louisiana, and
his successors in office for the time being, in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars,
and for the true and final payment thereof we bind ourselves, our heirs,
administrators and assigns.
Signed and dated on this 12th day of March A.D. 1894
The condition of the above obligation is such, that wheras a marriage is about
to take place between the above bound Mr. M.A. Vinson and Mrs Dona Winstead, and
if there shall not exist any legal impediments why the marriage should not take
place, then the above obligation to be void; else to remain in full force and
virtue, according to law.

of the State aforesaid and to solemnize and celebrate the said marriage between
said parties according to the laws and customs of this State and make your
return hereof as the law directs and this your authority for so doing.
