Charles T. Everett, Judge, Fifteenth District, Division "A", was
elected November 6, 1962, for the term ending December 31, 1966,
and then re-elected to the Crowley City Council in 1954 and served
to 1962. He was appointed Assistant District Attorney of the Fif-
teenth District and served from 1955 to 1962.
Judge Everett attended Louisiana State University and obtained his
LL.B. degree in 1948. He practiced law in Crowley, Louisiana, four-
teen years.
He is the son of Frank E. Everett and Lola Jones Everett, both de-
ceased. He was born in Crowley on August 31, 1920. He is married
to Mary Timothy Everett, and their children are Glennon P., Charlene
A., and James T. Everett.
Judge Everett served five years in the United States Air Force during
World War II, Pacific Area, and is a Lt. Col. in the Air Force Reserve.
His hobbies are hunting, fishing and golf.
