Rodney Neal Walker
Rodney Neal Walker, 49, of Whitehall, died at 11:44 a.m., Monday, August
31, 1998, at the LSU Medical Center in Shreveport.
He was a member of Shady Grove Pentecostal Church. He was born June 2, 1949
at Jonesville to the union of E. W. and Elaine Walker.
Services were held at 3 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Shady Grove Pentecostal
Church with the Revs. Dan Davis, Jeff Hoffman, Mack Walker and Shorty Mayo
officiating.
Interment will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery of Jonesville under
direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Kay Deville Walker of Whitehall; one
daughter, Carla Kay Howard of Jena; one son, Rodney William Walker of Jena;
his parents, E. W. and Elaine Walker of Jonesville; one sister; Lana Lyn
Taunton of Jonesville; and one granddaughter.
