Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Leroy R.
Castleberry who being duly sworn, deposes and says that he has this day
appllied for license to marry Miss Edna Young and that he is in no way
related to her within the degree prohibited by Act 9, of the Legislature
of the State of Louisiana of the Session of 1902.

tothe Governor of the State of Louisiana, or his successor or successors
in office, the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, the payment of which we
hereby bind ourselves our heirs and administrators, in solido.
Given under our hands at Rayville, Louisiana, this 17th day of April
A.D., 1926.
The Condition of theAbove Obligation is Such,
That, whereas, the above bounden Leroy R. Castleberry has this day
obtained a license from the Clerk of the District Court of the PARISH OF
RICHLAND, LOUISIANA, to marry with Miss Edna Young
Now, if at the time said license was granted, there existed nolegal
impediments or obstacles to the celebration of said marriage, then, and
in such case, this obligation to be null and void; otherwise to remain
in full force and virtue in law.
