David Lasyone
VERDA - Services for David Lasyone will be at 2 p.m. today in Verda
Church of Christ with the Rev. Mitchell Norman officiating. Burial
will be in Iatt Cemetery under direction of Edmond's, Winnfield.
Lasyone, 67, of Longville died at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday in Veterans Affairs
Medical Center, Pineville.
He was a retired nursing assistant and a U.S. Army veteran of World War
II. He was a former resident of Verda.
Survivors include his wife, Elene S. Lasyone of Longville; one son,
Wayne Oglesby of Diamond, Mo.; one daughter, Elaine Powell of Longville;
two brothers, Joe Lasyone of Jena and Herman Lasyone of Longville; and
two grandchildren.
Friends may call until time of services today in the church.
