Died:
Mrs. Dellar A. C. Johnson, wife of M. T. Johnson, died June 18,
1906, at the family home in ward eight, Winn parish, aged 45 years, 6
months and seven days.
The deceased was a member of the Baptist church for 29 years and
was a devoted wife and mother. She leaves a husband, three sons and one
daughter. She was a good, Christian woman and will be missed, not only
in the home which she loved so well, but in the community where she
lived.
(NOTE: Brileys Directory and Lewis Frank Martins online reading of
Bethlehem Cemetery have Della Bolton Johnson, wife of M. T., b. 1860, d.
1906. The 1900 Winn Census has her name as D. A. Johnson, 39, b. Dec,
1860, LA. In that census, she is the mother of four children:
J.M., Wm. B., A.G., and Meda (?) M.)
