LILLIE MAI WALLER CAUSEY
Bossier City, LA--Services for Mrs. Lillie Mai Waller Causey, 87, of
Bossier City, will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tues., Feb. 3 at Rose-Neath
Bossier City Chapel, Rev. Billy Pierce, Assoc. Pastor of First Baptist
Church of Bossier, officiating. Burial and graveside services will be at
2:30 p.m. at Hurricane Cemetery near Arcadia, La.
The family will receive friends and family at 301 Benoist in Bossier
City.
She died at 7 a.m. Feb. 2, 1981 at Bossier Medical Center after a
short illness.
Mrs. Causey, born in Haynesville, had lived in Bossier City all her
life, and was a retired Clerk at Caddo-Shreveport Health Unit. She was a
member of First Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for 35
years. Mrs. Causey had also been a public School Teacher for a number of
years. She is preceded in death by one son, Rev. N. W. "Cotton" Causey.
Survivors include one son, C. Jackson Causey of Bossier City; one
daughter, Oleta Eatman of Texarkana, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Claudia
Hathorne of Bossier City; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
