To any Ordained Minister, judge or Justice of the Peace:
You are hereby authorized and empowered to unite in the Bonds of Matrimony and
holy Wedlock Mr. W.J. Vinson and Miss Georgia Walsworth of this State; and to
solemnize and celebrate said marriage according to the Laws and Customs of this
State, and make due return thereof as the law directs, and this shall be your
authority for so doing.

I hereby certify that I have this day , in pursuance of the foregoing License,
solemnized and celebrated a marriage between Mr. W.J. Vinson and Miss Georgia
Walsworth of this parish, agreeable to the laws and customs of this state.
In faith whereof, I have together with the contracting parties, signed these
presents, in the presence of the subscribing witnesses, this 5th day of November
1891

Be It Remembered, that W.J. Vinson
As Principal, and M. Vinson as Surety,
Acknowledge themselves indebted to J. Mack Smith in the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars
WHEREAS, the above bounden W.J. Vinson
Has applied to J.Mack Smith clerk of the Fourth judicial District Court,
Parish of Jackson, and has obtained from him a license to marry miss Georgia
Walsworth.
Now, the condition of the above obligation is such, that in case within two
years from date, it should not appear that there existed at the time of granting
such license, any legal impediment to said marriage,
Then in such case, the above obligation to be null and void, or else to remain
in full force and virtue.
