Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Flora “Flo” E. Arnold 76 of Middletown, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at her residence with her family by her side after a courageous and spirited 18 month battle with cancer. She was born on May 26, 1940 in Wolfe County, Kentucky to Buford and Margie Kash. She worked at Sunshine Cafe for over 20 years and made multiple lasting friendships. She was a member of Poasttown First Church of God. She had a great sense of humor and never met a stranger. She loved to sew, going to church, fixing hair and most of all she loved to cook. She could cook fried chicken like no other. She was the most generous person always willing to help others even strangers. She loved her children and her grandchildren were the apple of her eye. She loved her 2 little yorkies, Cody and Andy which both passed away this year from cancer. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Arnold, parents, Buford and Margie Kash brother, Shelby Kash, and grandson Jordan Neal. She is survived by her Companion, James Carroll, Children, Stanley (Jean) Taylor of Middletown, Darrell (Gwen) Taylor of Middletown, Angie (Matt) Adkins of Jacksonville, Florida, Carolyn (Greg) Stephens of Middletown and Loretta (Randy) Puls of Middletown, Sherry (Ronnie) Vanderpool of Middletown, Kathy (Pat) Brenneman of Toledo, Ohio. Grandchildren, Tony (Angela) Taylor, Stephen Priest, Justin Taylor, Kevin Taylor, Kaitlin (Mike) Stone, Izaiah Puls, Abigail Puls, Tiffany Frame and Brittany Vanderpool.Great-Grandchildren, Michael Taylor, Jora Taylor. Brother, Arthur (Gail) Kash of Franklin, Sister in Laws Barbara Kash of Middletown and Gail Caswell of Cynthiana, Kentucky and many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to thank Hospice of Dayton and Fidelity Home Care, Dr. Daniel Butler and Dr. David Miller for the love and care they provided for our mother. A special thanks to Jennifer Drake and Latoya Durham from Hospice for the extra care you gave our mother. Visitation will be held Friday, April 14, 2017 at Baker-Stevens-Paramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH from 5:00-8:00 pm. Services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Reverend Kenny Brewer officiating. Followed with burial at Woodside Cemetery.
