Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
HOLLON, Arnold Age 85, of Springboro, Ohio, died Friday March 17, 2017 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. He was born in Campton, Kentucky on February 1, 1932 to Plummer and Nicey (Blankenship) Hollon. Arnold served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was employed with Barkalew Electric and Square D for 38 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Plummer Hollon, mother, Nicey Hollon. Arnold is survived by his wife of 60 years, Norma Jean Hollon two sons, Eddie (Tammy) Hollon, Larry (Becky) Hollon; daughter, Phyllis (Greg) Huffman; brother, Cecil (Bessie) Hollon; sister-in-law, Ellen (Bob) Hoyd; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Tuesday March 21, 2017 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio. Burial will be in Miami Valley Memory Gardens with military honors. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Butler/Warren Counties or the Middletown Senior Citizens Center.
