Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Myra Tyra Pence, age, 71 of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at the Atrium Medical Center. She was born July 1, 1943 in Campton, Kentucky the daughter of Dewey R. and Ada A. (Blankenship) Tyra.
Myra worked as a notary along side of her husband at Pence's Auto Sales (their business) for 30 years as well as being a loving homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Nell Graham, Bess Hollon and June Catron, also two brothers, Sewell Tyra and Glen Tyra.
Myra is survived by her husband , Harold Pence; her two Daughters, Kela (Butch) Parrella and Shena (Mike) Pruett; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. Also sisters, Euna (Bennie) Childers, Vera(Donnie) Harris, Jill (Leonard) Fugate, and Lora K. Alexander.
Funeral service will be Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Homes 40 North Main Street, Springboro, with Rev. Lamar Ferrell officiating. Roy Miles Honshul, age 88, of Trenton, died Monday, December 1, 2014, at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. He was born June 4, 1926 in Wolfe County, Kentucky the son of Russell Honshul and Ruth (Burnett) Honshul. Roy retired from Armco Steel. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Mary B (Cooke) Honshul; one daughter, Janet R. Brooks of Middletown; two sons, Kenneth V. (Susanne) Butler of Trenton, David W. (Carma) Butler of Middletown; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; one brother, Russell (Jenny) Honshul of Franklin; and a son-in-law, Robert Rabe of Covington, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Karen Rabe; two sisters; and four brothers. Funeral services will be 12:00 noon Thursday at the Miltonville Baptist Church with Reverend Jesse Combs officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time Thursday at the church.
