I think that I have found the right mailing list?
In my family line there are 6 lads called Lazarus BELL so that when I came
across the extract below I thought that there is probably a family link-up
The early known Lazaruses are located in the Swaledale district of the North
Riding of Yorkshire in England in the 18th century and later in the 19th
century appear further south in the industrial West Riding.
Then of course the BELLs become as mobile as any modern person so some of
them might very well have ended up in Kentucky.
Perhaps someone who reads this might know something about the Kentucky
Lazarus and his family? What do the recurring KYs stand for?
