Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

husband's obit. I has posted both obits. Oscar is the s/o Elbert Combs and
Melody Hall. Elbert is the s/o Grover Roger Combs and Nancy Ann Murrell.
Irene T. Combs, 88, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Sunday, April 10, 2011 at
St. Anthony's Hospital. She was born in Casey County, KY and moved to St.
Petersburg in 1979 from Cincinnati, OH. She was a member of Fifth Avenue
She is survived by 1 brother, R. C. Cain of Cincinnati, OH; 5 sisters, Alma
Means and Louise Stover both of Belleview, KY, Velma Spaw of Science Hill,
KY, Wanda L. Cain and Brenda Cain both of Cincinnati. She was predeceased by
her husband of 54 years, Oscar.
Private interment will be at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
COMBS, OSCAR, 89, of St. Petersburg, died Friday (May 19, 2006) at Menorah
Manor. He was born in Booneville, Ky., and came here in 1979 from
Cincinnati. He was a forklift operator with Ford Motor Co. He was a Navy
veteran of World War II and was a member of the Fifth Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Irene T.; a son, Jack D., Newport,
R.I.; two daughters, Virginia Lee Combs, Bethel, Ohio, and Carol Marlene
Combs, Hamilton, Ohio; two sisters, Nell Siebert and Emma Siebert, both of
Morrow, Ohio; and two grandchildren. E. Dale Gunter Funeral Home and
