Brian,
This is a Sheryl question. She'll be unavailable until sometime Monday,
most likely, so just pend the record and wait for her to get to a point that
she can check her email messages.

Subject: [KYVITALS] Transcription Question
I have a transcription question that doesn't seem to be addressed in
the transcription instructions. I have an informant name listed as "S. L.
B." which I am quite certain are the initials of Stephen Blair whose name
appears elsewhere on the DC and is spelled out on other DC's. The
transcription instructions only address how to enter Given Name initials,
but doesn't say anything about the Surname. Do I place "s l" in the IGvn
field and "b" in the ISnm field, or do I leave both fields blank?
