They say the third time's the charm... I sure hope so. I started this
message twice last night, just to have it vanish into thin air before I
finished. Hopefully I'll be able to get it sent before it does a vanishing
again. <g>
First, I want to thank Sheryl for her dedication and foresight in setting up
this project. Without her dedicated efforts, this project wouldn't have
grown as it has over the last 3 years. I also want to thank all of you -
without your assistance, there's no way we would be where we are today. I
look forward to working with each of you to help the site continue to grow.
I found out a couple of days ago that Sue Robertaccio's uncle had passed
away. Please remember the family during this difficult time.
We most likely will be moving the kyvitals site to a new web hosting service
in the next few days. During the move, there will be a time that we will
have to shut down the site as far as transcribing, proofing and image
processing. This will be required so that we don't have work that you're
putting out vanishing into thin air. You'll be notified when you must stop
working, and then when you can start again. Moving the site will be in our
best interests as we will have more server space and also some other perks
that will be most helpful and you'll see showing up on the site.
Thanks for the work that you all do - without you, this project wouldn't be
the wonderful resource for KY researchers that it is.
Sherri
