The forms sometimes changed from year to year, even from county to county in places. The
form you are seeing may not be the same that another volunteer is working with. Your
proofer is always the best person to answer your questions and go over the image material
with you, but we're all here to help if needed.

'Martin Co., Kentucky,' should we enter 'martin co kentucky' or
'martin co
ky'? In other words should we enter exactly what is on the form?
Second, I'm confused about a field. Just below the mother's information,
above the informant fields - what is that for? I'm sure I should know, but
I haven't figured it out.
