A number of volunteers have asked me or other admins to reset records for them
so they can start over. Whether you hit submit too soon or need to reset a
record for some other reason, you are able to do that.
Under TRANSCRIPTION on the staff links, there is a link to VIEW OR CHANGE.
Follow that link to reset a record. When you reset, the record will be changed
to Not Transcribed and Not Pending. This will allow the record to move back to
your normal transcription folder.
Proofers and admins can use the link above to reset a record for transcription.
Additionally, there is a link under PROOFING > VIEW OR CHANGE that allows you to
reset a record to Not Proofed and Not Pending. This moves the record back to the
normal proofing folder.
