Bonnie,
Whose mail is blocked? Neither any responses to me directly or to the list
have been blocked (I just went back and rechecked). I've also received both
private responses and those sent to the list, so things are getting through.
The tagline at the bottom of the message is one that Rootsweb adds to
messages sent to the list - I believe they rotate them, but don't know how
often or how many alternating ones they use. You'll find these tags at the
bottom of many mail list messages from lists that Rootsweb sponsors.

How is one to respond when your mail is blocked?
A question:
I notice at the bottom of your e-mail you advertise Ancestry. I know
KYGeWeb and all GenWeb advocates "free" information. I am just curious as
to why
your e-mail sponsors Ancestry. Personally I have no problem with this and
would like to know more about what you receive for doing so.
