We've gotten the proofer feedback link fixed so the name of the individual appears as
well as their e-mail address. This should help you keep track of who you are proofing. At
any time, you can click that link and their name will pop up. If anyone has problems with
this link, let me know. We only tested it with a few e-mail softwares.
If I am going to change transcribers, I'll check your folders to make sure you have no
proofing left for the previous person, so the link will always reflect who did the work.
Did any of you besides Sue and Barbara notice the request for help that came through on
the 1852 DC? Kris is working on 1851-1856 now and Bob will begin 1881-1883 DC's
shortly.
Is everyone's workload okay? Our transcribers have put out 1,000 transcriptions in 4
1/2 days. We're picking up the pace and I want to make sure you proofers are holding
up.
Thanks,
--Sheryl Slaughter
