They do for certain things... certain words that are caught by the machine
to think it might be spam. Personally, it's better if an item has to wait a
couple days for David Crosby to find it than for the archives to be spammed
with actual spam...
There is a genrecords list though for questions like this or emailing Debra
usually fixes things up pretty fast...

A submitter being blocked is unusual and will have to be addressed by
Genrecords. I didn't know they even do that ???????

Subject: Links
Hi Tom and Sherri....
Wanted to see if I could get one link (there might be two, I can't
remember) from you guys. I had a computer crash around the first of the
year and had to format my hard drive, losing the link to where I can check
for new submitted items for Breck. Co. I'm working out a situation with a
submitter in which she's used the submissions forms, but keeps getting that
she's being blocked. I'm getting all the information together so I can
email Debra Crosby for help, but I wanted to check and see if this one
particular submission was even received. There were two that were received,
despite the "blocked" response, but I haven't received notice on the
third... and wanted to check to see if it was even in the system.
Help! Thanks....
Dana
