What you're seeing, Lorrie, is the separate page for the AR archives. If
you look at the main Arkansas archives page at
http://usgwarchives.net/ar/arfiles.htm, you'll see the page has the same
basic formatting as the search engine page. If you look at the KY archives
search page and compare it to the main KY archives page at
http://usgwarchives.net/ky/kyfiles.html, you'll see these two also are
basically formatted alike. I checked several different ones and the search
engine pages are a similar format, including backgrounds, colors, etc. as
the state page that they correspond to.
The individual states didn't have anything to do with setting up the state
search pages. Debra/David set them up and uploaded them, providing us with
the URLs. No state FM can change the search page without Debra/David's
assistance/intervention to upload any changes.

Sherri,
Thanks for the update. I missed a lot of information being away from
home recently. By the way, I did find one instance of the search form,
or what appears to be the search form, on another site. This form looks
like the Ky search form but it too has no action path and the javascript
code is slightly different. I knew I wasn't seeing things.
